Full turnkey solutions

Raymond EMC provides turnkey solutions that start with design and continue through to onsite installation and RF shielding effectiveness certification. We also build in all electrical, HVAC, life-saving system and seismic requirements.

Versatile design capability

Raymond EMC’s modular system can be expanded or reduced to fit virtually any size requirement. Our smaller enclosures are free-standing, while our larger enclosures are tied to a parent room. We model your layout using SolidWorks 3D CAD software, which provides you with highly accurate drawings for approval.

Many of our options – such as vents, penetrations and even doors – are field locatable, meaning we can adjust their position onsite at no extra cost, and with no major design change.

RF shielding performance levels

Magnetic fields

20 dB at 1 kHz rising to 55 dB at 10 kHz

and 95 dB at 200 kHz

Electric fields

100 dB from 200 kHz to 50 MHz

Plane waves

100 dB from 50 MHz to 1 GHz

Microwaves

100 dB at 10 GHz
